Retail District
Named The Shops at Buffalo Run, this district will house a majority of the Village’s regional retail destinations with a diversity of retail types, including an outlet mall, big box stores, and freestanding retail/restaurant pads.

Called Sundance Trail, this mixed-use district connects hotels, office space, retail, and entertainment, offering a vibrant core that draws in visitors along with an activated streetscape that invites them to linger.

Mixed Use District
As the primary living region of the development, this district offers sweeping views of surrounding landscape, landscaped buffers to provide quiet, and close proximity to vibrant retail to the East.

Office District
As a stand-alone office space with direct access and visibility from the main road. This district provides buildings that will be integrated into the surrounding landscape, taking advantage of the views.
