Because of its location at Tsuut'ina, each Village has a simple, accelerated, and hassle free permitting process when compared to other municipalities.

What does the future of the ring road represent to tenants?
Upon completion in Fall 2021 the Tsuut’ina Trail section of the south west ring road south of Glenmore Trail is expected to service over 70,000 vehicles per day. The completion of the ring road will change traffic and shopping patterns for south west Calgary adding a major thoroughfare, shifting retail focus to the west away from Macleod Trail.
